George W. Jackson, Jr. MBA, Ph.D., HCISPP, CISSP, PMP, CRISC, has proven to be a highly creative, strategic thinker with the ability to act decisively in rapidly changing, highly complex environments. An information security expert with three decades of success completing cybersecurity, privacy, information security management systems, and risk management projects. George has several decades of experience managing multi-phase, multimillion-dollar initiatives throughout various industries, including healthcare, education, manufacturing, banking, and finance.

George earned a B.S. Degrees in I.T. Management in 2006 and followed that up with an MBA in I.T. Management in 2008. A PMI certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2006, George is well acquainted with the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and Agile Project Management Methodologies such as SCRUM. George was certified as an Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) in 2008 and a Healthcare Information Security and Privacy Practitioner (HCISPP) in 2016. Most recently, George has completed a Ph.D. in Information Technology specializing in Information Assurance and Cybersecurity. George is currently a Director, Health IT and Digital Health with Clearwater, where he delivers professional service engagements to Clearwater customers in healthcare cybersecurity risk management.
