Mr. Mark Anderson is a Life Fellow with HIMSS, has received his CPHIMS certification, is the President of the Houston Chapter of HIMSS the past 2 years and is the Chairman of the Texas Regional HIMSS conference. Mr. Anderson is currently the CEO of AC Group, Inc. and the COO of East TX Clinical Integrated Network (CIN). He has been a healthcare executive for over 47 years and has worked in and consulted in over 250 hospitals and with over 500 physician practices related to Financial Operations, long-range planning, facility planning, Healthcare Technologies, workflow redesign, operational policies and procedures, and has been the corporate CIO with 5 separate IDNs. He has also served as a CEO, COO, and CFO in smaller rural hospitals and has worked with 28 IPAs/ACOs/and CINs regarding moving from FFS to VBR.

Mr. Anderson has also served as the interim CIO for the Taconic IPA, VP of healthcare for META Group, Inc., the Corporate CIO with West Tennessee Healthcare, the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth Health System, the Corporate Internal IT Consultant with the Sisters of Providence Hospitals, and the Executive Director for Management Services for Denver Health and Hospitals and Harris County Hospital District.
