Adam is a healthtech entrepreneur who has bootstrapped, grown and then sold a highly-rated clinical communications solution. He specializes in sales and marketing, having delivered over $100 million in product and service sales. Prior to founding his healthcare startup, Adam spent 20+ in digital and brand marketing, leading the development of programs for Fortune 500 companies.

In March 2020, Adam created healthlaunchpad, a new firm that helps technology companies navigate the complexities of the healthcare industry, get customer insight, develop a go-to-market strategy and then create an account-based sales and marketing program.

Prior to this, Adam founded Practice Unite, (later Uniphy Health), taking this business from an idea on a scrap of paper to a profitable, multi-million-dollar SaaS business that provides applications to leading healthcare organizations. In April 2019, Uniphy Health was sold to Harris Healthcare, a division of Constellation Software.
