BIOGRAPHY

John Kelley is the Chairman and CEO of CereHealth Corporation, where he has led widespread expansion and development of the cloud-based brain analytics and diagnostic brain imaging company based in Littleton, Colorado. Previously, he led McDATA Corporation (NASDAQ), initially as President and Chief Operating Officer, later as President and Chief Executive Officer, and finally as Chairman, during his tenure from August 2001 to February 2007. He maintained those roles until the acquisition of McDATA by Brocade Corporation in February of 2007.

Mr. Kelley served as Executive Vice President of Networks at Qwest Communications (NYSE) from July 2000 to January 2001, after its acquisition of US West Communications. From 1995 to 2000, while at US West, he was President of Wholesale and Interconnect Markets, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Large Business and Government Accounts, and President of Federal Services.

In his nine years as CEO of CereScan Corporation John has used his extensive background in technology to apply quantitative measurement to the identification of chronic brain disorders through functional imaging and clinical practice. His advanced knowledge in applied data, combined with his experience in functional imaging has led to the development of software and methodology by which radiologists and medical practitioners are aided in the diagnosis and treatment of abnormal brain activity through analysis at a voxel level. Those efforts were rewarded through two U.S. patents and FDA clearance of CereMetrix®, the company’s proprietary medical imaging and data analytics platform.
